Privacy Policy - The Technology Your Business Needs

This Privacy Policy explains how KXC Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. ("KXC"), a company headquartered in Brazil, processes the personal data of people who visit www.kxc.com.br and of people who contact us, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the "LGPD"). This English version is a translation of the original Portuguese version.

1. Definitions

Personal data: information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Sensitive personal data: data about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, health, sex life, and genetic or biometric data, among other categories defined in the LGPD.
Processing: any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, use, storage, sharing and deletion.

2. What data we collect

Data you send us through the forms on this site, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, email address, phone number, company, job title, company size, topic of interest and the content of your message.
Browsing data, collected through cookies and similar technologies according to your choice in the cookie banner: pages visited, where your visit came from (including campaign parameters), device and browser type, and approximate location.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data. If you include it voluntarily in a message, it will only be processed to respond to your request.

3. How we use your data

To respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings and send proposals (steps prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest);
To manage our relationships with clients and prospective clients (legitimate interest);
To measure our audience and improve the site and our campaigns (consent, for non-essential cookies);
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to exercise rights in legal proceedings (legal obligation and regular exercise of rights).

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only when necessary, with:

Technology providers that operate services on our behalf, such as website hosting (Amazon Web Services), storage of inquiries and corporate email (Google Workspace), and audience analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics);
Business partners, such as AWS and distributors, when needed to register an opportunity or enable an incentive program you've requested;
Authorities, when required by law or a court order.

Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows the grounds set out in Article 33 of the LGPD, with contractual clauses and appropriate security measures.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact data is kept for as long as there is a business relationship or a legitimate interest in resuming one, and it's deleted or anonymized once it's no longer needed, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

You can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; data portability; information about who we've shared it with; and withdrawal of your consent. 8. Security

We take technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss and alteration, such as encryption in transit, access control and activity logging. No system is completely immune to risk; if a significant incident occurs, we'll notify the data subjects and the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority) as required by law.

9. Links to other sites

This site may contain links to third-party sites, such as social networks and partners. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

10. Audience

Our site and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18.
